(MASON CITY, IA, April 30, 2024) Metalcraft, a leading manufacturer of identification products, is excited to announce the promotion of Chadd Blanchard to Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Engineer.
Blanchard's new role will be expanded to include cybersecurity threat assessments, incident response and security design and implementation.
"Chadd has consistently demonstrated his expertise in cybersecurity and our infrastructure, ensuring that Metalcraft's systems are securely operational around the clock, every day of the year," said Jon Heinz, Metalcraft CIO. "This promotion paves the way for future company growth while ensuring our customer's data is secure against the latest threats."
Blanchard joined Metalcraft in May of 2016 as an IT intern and was hired as a part time IT Support Technician in September of 2017. He was promoted to Systems Administrator in May 2018 and again in April 2024 to Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Engineer.
